Get out a notepad & write down 3 things you'd like to do more of. Ask yourself,

Can I make time for any of these things this week?

If the answer is yes, then get out your calender & plug it in. If the answer is no, think about when would be the next time you could fit it in. Take that list & put it somewhere that will remind you:)
