Monday Mantra: Make it count

It's easy to let Monday's boggle you down, especially after a nice and relaxing weekend. We give into the "case of the Monday's", and spend most of the day wishing it would end.  We forget to really appreciate each and every day.  What we do and think each day is what will manifest in the future.  It's a brand new day and new week; this day will never happen again in history!  Make every minute count,  start fresh, think positive, and do good deeds.

Can I make time for any of these things this week?

If the answer is yes, then get out your calender & plug it in. If the answer is no, think about when would be the next time you could fit it in. Take that list & put it somewhere that will remind you:)
