We would like to welcome prints to the Mika Yoga Wear Collection. The thing is our creativity only goes so far and we need your help! Each of our prints needs a name and what better place to ask then to our great customers. Below are close ups of each of the fabrics with their numbers. Please leave your suggestions in the comments section indicating which number you are naming. If your name is chosen, you will receive a free top or short in the fabric you named. Check it out: Highlights of the 1st Annual APFA Championships

The First annual APFC was held at the prestigious Manhattan Center in New York. It was hosted by Comedian Mona Cooper and Olympic Gold medalist Maurice Green, with a special performance by Dominic Lacasse who holds the World Record for " The Human Flag".  The Judges were KT Coates, Emil & Mario Valentino, Prana, Allegra, Dominic Lacasse. The performances were all incredibly unique & we would like to congratulate all of the athletes for exhibiting such talent, passion & dedication. Mika yoga Wear had the privilege of styling these amazing athletes! ( The women that is!) They looked absolutely incredible & we were incredibly flattered to have been able to be involved.

Inspirations of the Month:Hot Yoga Mamas!

Since we have chosen 2 ladies as our newest inspirations  we decided to combine our November & December inspiration of the month! We are proud to show off these 2 hot mamas: Kila Wells & Melinda Kincaid. Both have maintained their yoga practice throughout their pregnancy and have been an inspiration to already so many fellow yoga students who have had the privilege of practicing with them!  We think you will find it inspiring too so set up a photo shoot to show you just how amazing these 2 strong & dedicated yoginis are.
